RESPONSABILITATI

You will manage all aspects related to the management of our new and existing employees. ORTEC CEE currently employs (directly or indirectly) about 60 people. The position of HR Manager is a new position in our company and you will take over responsibilities from various other people.

You will support processes of recruitment, hiring, training and evaluation. You will monitor employee satisfaction and make sure it stays on a high level, while also ensuring all company and legislative procedures are set up and followed correctly. You will be the first point of contact for all employees for HR related topics and you will have many opportunities to take initiatives and grow your role inside our company.

You will work together in a multi-disciplinary team in the Bucharest office and you will have frequent contact with your colleagues in other ORTEC offices around the world.


CERINTE

Skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluent in English and Romanian
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to write internal company regulations, templates, procedures
• Able to prepare all formal documents required by Romanian authorities

Profile
• Understanding of IT organizations, international business, used to work with young professionals, flexible and business oriented
• 100% Reliable, able to organize own work and precise
• Good humored and representative

Experience
• 3-5 years working experience in HR
• University education in relevant field
• Proven track record of experience in supporting processes of evaluation, recruitment, hiring and training
