Position to staff :
- Position newly created of « Romania local Responsible » for a French High Tech Group involved in IT and Telecommunications
- Mainly in charge the recruiting activity
- Reporting to the Board of Executives in Paris
- Located in Bucharest
Main Tasks:
- Identify talents in the specific fields (IT and Telecommunications in the first stage)
- Set up conditions for right candidates
- Coordinate local sub-contractors (They will recruit right candidates)
Education:
- Managerial and Technical background to appreciate positions to recruit
- Human Resources expertise (announcement, web sites and interviews…)
- Good business sense
Languages:
- English fluent
- French fluent
Miscellaneous:
- Excellent presentation (High level contacts)
