RESPONSABILITATI

We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team, based in Bucharest.

The Human Resources Generalist will provide a wide variety of both complex and operational support to the business, in areas such as:

• Performance and Talent Management projects: coordinating the annual cycle for performance evaluation;
• Analyzing HR data and providing meaningful insights to the business, drafting reports and presentations for top management
• Coordinating organizational health projects (people engagement, satisfaction survey, work-life balance, etc.);
• HR Internal Communication: designing communication campaigns for all staff;
• Understanding and ensuring continuity between HR processes (connecting with the L&D, Administration, Compensations and Benefits and Resourcing specialists and ensuring effective communication and data transfer);
• Advising and coaching managers on people management matters;
• Establishing budget forecasts for each project or programme, obtaining approvals and managing within budget;
• Engaging with the relevant stakeholders on projects coordinated (including top management).


CERINTE

Our requirements:

• Curiosity and proactivity in understanding business specifics, indicators and the HR processes as whole;
• 3+ years’ experience in an HR generalist role;
• Experience in the professional services or large corporates will be an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal and consulting skills;
• Ability and confidence to deal with employees at all levels, including top management;
• Ability to cultivate trust with both clients and team members.
• Flexibility and adaptability in both attitude and approach;
• Project management skills;
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks to deadline with little supervision;
• Ability to manage varying volumes of work and support multiple ongoing cases;
• Attention to details;
• Technical skills: comfortable in working with Excel and PowerPoint;
• Very good analytical skills with focus on interpreting and presenting data and also proposing solutions to key stakeholders.
