RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Training needs analysis and administration of training and development programs
- Provide support to company employees in the application of HR policies, procedures and labor legislation
- Provide support in job analysis and performance evaluation
- Implement various HR projects


CERINTE

- University degree (specialization in psychology, psycho-pedagogic, economics or human resources)
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment and selection and 2 years in managing HR projects and processes
- Minimum 1 year experience in training needs analysis and training programs administration
- English ¿ advanced level
- PC literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)- advanced level
- Excellent knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent communication, organization and planning skills
- Initiative, dynamism, customer orientation, proactive attitude
