RESPONSABILITATI

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII
- Intocmeste contractele individuale de munca, acte aditionale, deciziile de suspendare, aplica sanctiunile disciplinare
- Urmareste completarea dosarelor de personal conform cu cerintele legale si normele interne in vigoare
- Transmite datele in REVISAL conform reglementarilor legale in vigoare
- Elibereaza la cerere diverse adeverinte de salariu
- Calcul salarial : verificare/centralizare pontaje, introducere pontaje in programul de lucru salarial, inregistrare concedii medicale, intocmire state de plata, declaratii.
- Verifica, calculeaza si centralizeaza situatia tichetelor de masa pentru impozitare si comanda tichetele de masa
- Colectarea si centralizarea tuturor informatiilor justificative privind statul de plata (concedii medicale, de odihna, modificari de salarii, prime, bonusuri, etc.)
- Administreaza si actualizarea baza de date pentru angajati;
- Intocmeste, verifica si transmite catre superiorul ierarhic diverse rapoarte la cerere
- Inregistreaza concedii medicale, intocmeste state de plata, declaratii
- Administreaza dosare de personal


CERINTE

- Studii superioare finalizate
- Minim 2 ani experinta intr-o pozitie similara;
- Cunostinte temeinice de legislatie a muncii;
- Foate bune competente de comunicare si mediere;
- Capacitate dezvoltata de planificare si organizare;
- Dinamism, motivatie, constinciozitate si perseverenta
- Persoana ordonata, responsabila, atenta la detalii, rezistenta la stres
- Cunostinte foarte bune de MSOffice (Word, Excel) si Wizzsalary
