RESPONSABILITATI

- Recruitment ¿ liase with manager to draw up advert, advise on costs and publications; place the advert and liase with publication to final edit; register incoming cvs and disseminate to appropriate manager; set up interviews; issue letter of invite to interview; issue regret letters once candidate chosen; administer a ¿hold¿ register for cvs; follow up on speculative cvs; prepare home office statistics return monthly
- Employee Documentation ¿ prepare Personnel Change Authorisation forms for new hires, amendments, transfers and terminations; preparation of offer letters and contracts; issue documentation when approved by Country Manager; prepare the new hire packs to be distributed with contract documentation of all new hires
- Visa & Work Permits for Romania ¿ ensure correct advise is given when visa/work permits are required for new hires; provide necessary paperwork and collate documentation, liase with necessary Country Manager; foreign and home office
-Attitude Survey ¿ coordinate the delivery of surveys to employees, work with corporate HR to administer the local nationals, provide statistical analysis back to managers.
Records Administration ¿ responsible for personnel files for specified Romanian Departments, both paper and electronic;
- Headcount Input ¿ responsible for monthly and daily reporting
- Service Awards ¿ provide corporate HR with a list of achieved service anniversaries for local nationals employees for reporting in Momentum and ordering of certificate; administer/fulfill gift selections for Romania
- Relocation ¿ administer the program for local nationals in Romania
- Medical Plan ¿ keep records up to date with the International Plan and answer any queries relating to this.
- Induction Program ¿ ability to present the induction program to new hires and existing staff when program is rolled out.
- Database: Process PCAs and Contingent Worker Request Forms so that the HR and Payroll databases as well as the Account Payable system correctly reflects changes in a timely manner; responsible for the creation, maintenance and termination of worker's file for Romania


CERINTE

- University Degree;
- Minimum experience of 3 years in Human Resources (both administrative and recruitment);
- Current awareness of employment legislation;
- Strong administrative skills ¿ highly accurate with good attention to detail;
- Well-developed communication skills ¿ both written and verbal;
- English- good level;
- Excellent customer focus;
- Good time management;
- Tact and diplomacy;
- Proactive approach to work;
