You will be part of the Human Resources team which provides services for one of the Italian clients of the company.
You will have to:
• Perform transactions on client HR systems.
• Manage all inquiry form the clients (phone call, email, mail, fax), inbound and outbound
• Improve results and performance.
• Regularly communicate with other team members and client staff via face to face contact, telephone or e-mail and ensure good working relationships
You need:
• Excellent Italian language skills (written and spoken)
• Good English language skills (written and spoken)
• University diploma.
• A positive attitude and approach.
• Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Good communication skills, written and oral.
