RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to company's partners and clients;
- Providing support to hiring companies and candidates through the selection process;
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring companies, candidates, and the community at-large.
- Write complete and detailed search assignments, ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
- Interviews candidates using face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
- Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring companies.
- Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback;
- Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring companies;
- Conducts follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring companies and new hires;
- Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies;
- Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in recruiting practices.

CERINTE

- 2 to 4 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- University Degree
- Good knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting;
- Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
- Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
