Partners with Head of Departments in translate each department strategy within organizational capabilities
Actively support Head of Departments in developing short term and long term HR strategies and HR plan
Monitors ongoing process and keeps informed in line mangers
Develops HR politics, programs and documentation
Works to ensure bets and most motivated people for each team
Employee services and counseling


CERINTE

University graduate;
At least 3 years of experience in HR, exposed to recruitment and selection processes as well as to organizational development projects;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
Excellent English command (reading, speaking, written).
Proactive and very organized person.
