- Maintaining the personnel files and the relation with Authorities;
- Providing administrative HR support on Terms & Conditions of working contracts and other tasks, including liaison with Payroll, compensation and benefits;
- Assisting the recruitment and selection deployment process, including advertising, Cvs screening, keeping the relation with the recruiting agencies, setting up interviews;
- Supporting the implementation of new programs and procedures from the Head Quarter (Germany).
- At least one year of experience in the HR environment;
- University degree;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office; previous experience in using SCALA would be a plus;
- Knowledge of social and labor legislation;
- Good technical understanding of recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and corresponding administrative support processes.
