RESPONSABILITATI

As a member of the HR Romania Team, the HR Assistant provides a full administrative support to the team. This includes handling and coordinating the protocol and supply activities, the interview schedules (arrange interviews/technical tests, coordinating conference calls etc.), file management and data entry, assist in preparing correspondence, and other ad’hoc related administrative tasks.
Ensure the protocol and supply activities;
Meal Ticket management (counting of the necessary of the meal tickets, compiling of the summarizing table);
Meal ticket distribution to employees, assuring monthly time cards signatures, etc.;
Making various employment certificates (certificates for family doctor, hospital certificates, letter of support, employment verification, recommendation letter etc.);

Be an active part of the HR recruitment and selection process:
CV’s screening;
Interviews scheduling;
Keeping in touch with the candidates: feedbacks and follow-up's;
Update the Bullhorn recruitment tool;
Carry out reference checks for selected candidates.


CERINTE

Educational & Proficiency level: Ideally 2 years or more experience in a similar role;
Technical knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office environment: especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and good internet skills being an asset.
Other: Good communication skills, influencing and consulting skills, planning and organizing skills, commitment to quality, ability to multitask, and be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role;
Language: Excellent command of English. French language skills will be a plus.
