RESPONSABILITATI

The main responsibilities of the HR Analyst include:

• Processes employees related documents and prepare statistics.
• Answer general inquiries in various areas of Human Resources and Payroll.
• Operate changes in Human Resources and Payroll internal systems (new hire/termination administration/lateral moves/promotions/job changes).
• Maintain applicant database and employee records.
• Compile data for analysis and reporting and prepare routine analyses.
• Develop custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and management.
• Assists employees through phone and email contact in the completion of appropriate forms, calculation of benefits or premiums.
• Participation in ad hoc projects in the areas of recruitment or training.


CERINTE

- University Graduate
- Excellent knowledge of English and German or Dutch
- Previous work experience in Human Resources, preferred in HR Administration, six months as a minimum.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to details.
