RESPONSABILITATI

- Scheduling interviews for various job openings inside the company
- Offering support in the recruitment process (ex. test administration etc)
- Operating the hr applications in place (data introduction, reporting etc)
- Booking plane tickets and travel arrangements for the company s employees
- Centralizing and analyzing the data from the building access system and ordering the access cards
- Centralizing all necessary data for the Labor Medicine and organizing the process
- Handling the relationship with external suppliers (ex. Vodafone etc)
- Helping out in distributing various items to the employees (ex. meal tickets, health subscriptions etc)


CERINTE

-Very good knowledge of MS Office
- HR activities basic knowledge is preferred
- Highly organized and meticulous (working with numbers and large volumes of data)
- Excellent knowledge of English, French would be a plus
- Very good communication skills
- Ability of analysis and synthesis
- Capacity of concentration
