- Develops the channels plan for HORECA business
- Supports delivery of the plans-coaching, advice and counsel internally (sales/KA departments) to support category and HORECA channels plan
- Using tracking systems to generate learning from HORECA channels
- Recommends portfolio development opportunities for HORECA, guidelines and drivers
- Understand pricing implications in HORECA channels for consumer/customer / by occasions/ by package
- Develops merchandising standards for HORECA channels
- Develops "Picture of succes" for each HORECA channels (merchandising standards, assets and POSM placement) with integrated marketing and sales inputs and delivers an agreed solutions
- Is able to identify innovative solutions for HORECA market regarding: promotional mechanics (that deliver customer and consumer expectations) and cold drink equipments
- Manage budgets effectively: monitoring, reviews and adjusts allocation based on IC bussines needs
- Negotiates effective win/win solutions internal (Sales/KA department) and system (CCR)
- Minimum 2 relevant years experience in Marketing (preferably at a managerial level, compulsory at coordinator level) or Sales experience (at least ASM level);
- Experience in HORECA channel is required;
- University graduate
- Good planning and organizing
- Understanding of financial information RGM, P&L
- Building relationships, influencing, negociation
- Knowledge on shopper and consumer study and approach
