RESPONSABILITATI

- Network surveillance, 1st level restoration and preventive maintenance.
- Responsible for receipting service request and complaint from Customer Care Center, customer maintenance department or other departments.
- Responsible for creating trouble ticket in the IT system and distribute the ticket to the appropriate engineers or managers.
- Responsible for following the technical issues handling and complaints handling, and the handling of non-technical issue.
- Responsible for confirming with customer about all handled requests or complaints, doing satisfaction survey and finally closing ticket.
- Work on shift 24x7.


CERINTE

- Have good communication skills (Spanish & English). Clearly know the definition of customer requests classification.
- Familiar with the using of IT system for issue handling. Able to follow the problem handle process and state effectively.
- Have a certain level of statistical and data analysis capabilities. Able to manage customer satisfaction in some extent.
- Graduated college or university.
- Computer knowledge: Windows ,Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.
- Ability to deal with several tasks on the same time.
- Service attitude.
