RESPONSABILITATI

- Coordinates and optimizes the helpdesk and end-user support activity
- Assists users in solving PC problems
- Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussions with users
- Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with computer systems or PCs
- Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to users
- Co-ordinates with other IT areas to solve problems if necessary
- Uses help desk systems for tracking incidents


CERINTE

- University degree (Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers or of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology)
- Minimum 2 years working experience with IT equipments and minimum 1 year experience in team coordination
- English ¿ advanced level
- PC literacy (Windows platform, MS Office, VPN environment, Hardware ¿ Printers and Computers, Networking)
- Planning and organizing skills
- Capacity for synthesis and analysis
- Communication skills
