RESPONSABILITATI

You will provide support for the external and internal clients of one of the biggest insurance company.
You will answer calls or emails coming from UK customers, offering them information regarding their invoices or the status of their payments.


CERINTE

Advanced level of English - C1-C2 level;
Open Minded person - flexible enough to reach solutions for different kind of problems;
Adaptable person - a new day will be a new challenge;
Able to work under tight deadlines.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday - 2 shifts - 09.00- 17.30 and 10.30 - 19.00
