RESPONSABILITATI

As “Head of Server Technologies” you will:
- Lead teams of software developers during the entire life-cycle of key projects
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the teams, including troubleshooting and problem solving
- Plan, control, monitor and close projects once completed; assure the success of your projects
- Actively contribute to allocation resource in the projects development process
- Conduct regular performance appraisals for team members
- Handle multiple tasks, meet established targets and work within critical milestones
- Make architectural decisions, review and comment on product specifications and designs
- Participate in the analysis and design of applications
- Contribute to the development effort during the full life cycle of the software product
- Assesses technical risk and mitigation plans
- Apply state of art software development methodologies (Agile, Unified Process, UML Modeling, Design Patterns)
- Contribute to new product development and research

This is a leadership position requiring technical expertise as well as people and project management experience.


CERINTE

Studies in Computers Science, Mathematics, Business IT, or related discipline
- At least 6 years of technical leadership, people and project management experience
- Experience with software development methodologies and modeling languages
- Aptitude to understand, gather and analyze business and technical requirements
- Ability in understanding systems architectures, software development best practices, and software developers.
- Experience and ability to accurate estimate effort and costs, plan resources and tasks, and monitor execution of schedule
- Negotiation skills, communication abilities, and problem solving orientation
- Ability to manage and evaluate people such System Architects, Developers, or Testers
- Excellent knowledge of JAVA (J2SE / J2EE) programming
- Excellent knowledge of object oriented programming
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and database design; experience with MySQL, Oracle RDBMS; experience with performance optimization on high volumes of data
- Good knowledge of XML and web services (SOAP, REST).
- Understanding of multi-threading
- Experience applying development best practices (documentation, code reviews, coding standards, design patterns).
- Knowledge of Linux/UNIX environments.
- Good knowledge of the English language, both orally and written. French is a plus.

- Data warehouses (Cassandra, Hadoop)
- Knowledge of ad serving & analytics technologies: DoubleClick DFP, DFA, Google Analytics...
- Knowledge in audio codecs such as mp3, aac, ogg
- Knowledge in sound processing.
