Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Establishment & development of industry solutions, products and services in the main industry areas with potential (key) customers
Customer relationship and support of Key Accounts
Analysis of market and competition within Romania
Build up / foster relationship to key industry decision makers
Development and ownership of country and key customer development plans
Establishment of sales strategy in alignment with Central Europe Cluster Management, located in Vienna
Set-up and leadership of local sales team
Budget responsibility
Coordination and leadership of bid proposals
Responsibility of Quality/Health/Safety/Environment process implementation and execution
Marketing & Communication activities in alignment with the Firm Corporate Identity
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven sales & management experience in industrial environment, preferably in Industrial Automation & Control, Test and Measurement Business
Strong technical & international background; solution oriented attitude
Excellent understanding of sales & marketing processes
Strong leadership skills
Competence in consultancy & sales presentations
Target and result oriented personality with strong communication skills
Able to work in Matrix organizations and dealing with virtual teams
Dynamic and self-confidence
Team player
Multi-year management experience
Excellent IT knowledge (MS Office applications, SAP, CRM, etc.)
Flexibility and willingness for travels (also internationally)
Fluent in Romanian and English (writing, speaking and technical terminology), German/Russian is an advantage
