• Manage all activities of laboratory work in terms of appropriate legislation and proper operating practice
• Optimize department activity in cooperation with other units of the company
• Responsible for innovation and introduction of a new procedures
• Manage budgets and prepare development plans for the laboratory
• Cooperate with governmental authorities and provide necessary collaboration
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in biology or medicine
• At least 3 years of managerial experience
• Fluency in English
• Strong organizational skills
• Very good team player abilities, committed, results oriented
