Sets Radio Optimization activity targets and actively monitors their achievement;
Ensures internal and external coordination for fulfilling the objectives;
Maintains and develops the Radio Optimization procedures;
Assists the directs reports in daily activities;
Works closely with his peers and superiors for improving the overall performance of the Radio Network;
Provides regular or on-demand reports related to the Radio Optimization activity;
Monitors the compliance with all work safety regulations.
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics/Telecommunications/Computers;
At least 5 years experience in Radio Optimization activity;
Deep knowledge of Radio Access technologies GSM, GPRS/EDGE, WIMAX and WCDMA an added bonus;
Practical experience in 2G BSS Parameters Optimization, preferably Ericsson and Siemens
Advanced skills using field measurements tools (NEMO, TEMS) and measurements analysis tools (ACTIX ANALYZER);
Advanced skills in performance monitoring using statistics, preferably BUSINESS OBJECTS, SPOTS;
Experience using Ericsson OSS tools, Siemens Radio Commander an advantage;
Clean driving license B category (more than 1 year);
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Windows, Excel, Word, Access, Power Point);
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
