RESPONSABILITATI

• Coordinate and supervise the activity of the team of the 3 accountants;
• Manage the internal and/or external training of the team of accountants in order to improve their capabilities;
• Supervise the entire tax accounting for the preparation of the tax statements and payments;
• Prepare the monthly trial balance and the semiannual and annual financial statements (including but not limited to Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), as required by local regulation in force;
• Monthly mother-company reporting (as requested by the Group);
• Quarterly rolling forecast reporting;
• Statutory financial reports;
• Contracts supervision and maintenance;
• Accountable for payments, procurement, internal control and internal procedures;
• Compare actual figures with forecast figures, identify the reasons for the significant variations and propose methods to reach the planned performance;
• Transfer pricing documentation;
• Follow up the legislation regarding accounting & tax;
• Provide recommendations and advise the management of the company with respect to the fiscal implications;
• Put systems in place to secure the correct and timely cash in (out) of receivables and payables;
• Manage the internal and/or external training of the team of accountants in order to improve their capabilities;
• Take a leading role in the creation and maintenance of accounting.
