- Developing and implementing a group marketing plan and strategy, including budgets, timelines, implementation plans, quality control, and cost management
- Developing and implementing a marketing plan and sales strategy for the Asset Management business which is based in Vienna, the core audience being major institutional investors
- Developing the sales and marketing strategy for the groups residential projects in Romania, Moldova and Ukraine
- Developing the leasing and marketing strategy for the groups commercial and offices projects in Romania, Moldova and Ukraine
- Organizing promotional events for our investors, stakeholders and team members
- The marketing director will recruit and subsequently manage a team of 4 people, which will be made up of a Romanian Residential Sales specialist, a Romanian Commercial and Offices Specialist and a mirror team in Ukraine
- The marketing director will work directly with the Group CEO to develop text, print, web and other media based marketing campaigns
- The marketing director will also assist in the development and marketing strategy for the group as it works toward an IPO on a major stock exchange
Our client is a UK Real Estate Investment and Development Group based in Romania structured to capitalize on the opportunities in selected Central Eastern European countries.
To date, the Group has close to Euro 1 billion in projects currently under management or planned, is raising several investment funds and has formed strategic alliances with some of Central and Eastern Europe’s largest investors, banks and property companies.
They currently require Group Marketing Director to support the growth of their business.

In Bucharest he has been Senior Consultant for Antal International and headed KPMG’s Search and Selection Department.
