Our client is a BPO multinational company operating mainly from Bucharest in Romania, but based in many countries all over the world. We are involved in a strong collaboration with this client for 1 year and we have candidates reporting great feedback. This role involves managing and leading a team of Accounts Payable Specialists. Our client took the time to describe the responsabilities for this management role. Please find below a few of the most important tasks of the person holding this job

Job description:

1. Monitoring and ensuring closure of daily/weekly and monthly deliverables

2. Managing client relationships on day to day basis

3. Transition of new work to SSC from different European and non European countries

4. Analysis of reports and determine authenticity of the report, and ability to identify significant variances.

5. Managing KPIs and SLAs

6. Complete ownership of deliverable of team and handling escalations.

7. Driving productivity and efficiency

8. leading internal projects and contributing to client lead projects

9. Managing costs

10. Attend daily calls with customer and explain the status/ progress of deliverables

11. Preparing and presenting data and presentations for customer review calls

12. Respond to customer queries on deliverables

13. Help team members to fix the issues in daily activities

14. Act as first level of escalation on delivery issues

15. Help the team, fix the errors in records that fall out from automatic data flow between systems


CERINTE

Education: Minimum Post Graduates with Accounting, Commerce as mandatory subjects and with 8+ Years of Experience, Experience to match with the CBS Experience Matrix

Language: at least B2 of german language and strong experience in ussing german language.

Other skills:

1. Excellent verbal & written communication skills

2. 5+ years work experience in BPO at a managerial role in F&A processes with special focus on P etc.

3. Good Analytical and Number crunching skills

4. Excellent eye for details

5. Ability to understand the business dynamics of retail industry

6. Minimum 8 years of post graduation Accounting experience preferred

7. Must have transitioned processes from overseas in BPO

8. Minimum 5 years of experience in handling teams in F&A space in BPOs

9. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written

10. Must be willing to work in continuous Night Shift

11. Willingness to work as individual contributor
