- Optimise speed, efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
- Transpose information from general statutory accounting and prepare the managerial financial reporting for CBU validation
- Optimise the company reporting process on monthly, quarterly and annual bases in order to minimize the overlaps and ensure accuracy.
- Search for improved speed, cost efficiency of the process through new organization or new technologies
- Ensure accurate, relevant, timely and optimised internal & external planning & reporting processes on each horizon (flash, magnitude)
- Prepare the IFRS monthly and yearly financial statements of the company
- Prepare the full set of Key Business Indicators reports
- Produce the operational expenditure reports for the local management
- Interact with company’s managers, understand their information needs and propose solutions
- Participate in company’s projects that require Finance expertise
- Train, develop and motivate the teams to improve efficiency and professionalism
1. Skills
- Finance or audit expertise (ACCA or CIMA would be preferred)
- IFRS knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good time management skills
- Analytical thinking
- Business oriented
- Very good computer skills (SAP knowledge would be an advantage)
- People management skills
2. Experience
- Length: 3-4 years minimum
- Position: 1-2 years in a similar position (middle management)
- Company: preferably multinational
