The Role
As a Tax advisor, you’ll help clients understand and apply the law and find innovative solutions to their tax problems. You’ll tackle a broad range of work that includes tax advisory projects, tax compliance and researching business issues that affect clients’ tax affairs - all while keeping pace with regular tax rules. No two days are the same.
Within this role, you will be able to specialise on:
Corporate Taxation (General Tax advice, Tax review, Transfer Pricing, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Tax Planning and Structuring, Assistance with Tax authorities);
Indirect Taxation (VAT minimization, Assistance for reducing and eliminating custom duties, Inward processing Customs Regime);
HR Services (International Assignments, Employment Law Advice, Social Security Audits, Payroll Processing, HR Administration).
Fresh Master graduates, Master students and young professionals with 1-2 years of experience;
Interest in taxation and a high level of business awareness;
Ability to work in a team environment and a hardworking approach;
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Internet);
Proficiency in English (fluency in other foreign language would be an asset);
Motivation for professional development and a genuine desire to develop skills.
You will undergo an intensive induction programme;
You will have a 'Coach' and a 'Buddy' to help you integrate, develop and perform;
You will undertake a blended learning programme involving: professional qualifications (Statutory Accounting, audit courses, ACCA) and gaining knowledge of the industry and market;
We will invest in your personal development through soft-skills training to increase your awareness and leadership skills.
