Develops and defines global procedures for Q-Management System acc to ISOTS 16949
Implements key Q-procedures and roll out globally
Design and maintains PEP -Process
Develops and implements standardized control planning and best practice for Poka Yoke and automatic controls in close cooperation with QA, plant QM and AME
Supports and drives CA - SPC process installation on shop floor
Executes internal audits across the sites
Follows up improvement actions
Shares best practice with the sites
Follows KPIs and initiates key metrics and monitor improvement projects
University degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or similar - or long experience in leading Q-function in automotive
More than 5 years experience in automotive environment for Q-fkt
Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
Program management experience is an advantage
Good leadership skills,
Good communication skills and easy to build the good relationship with customer.
Ability to work in an international matrix organization
Ability to lead cross functional international team
Excellent knowledge on Q-System acc to ISO TS 16949 and related customer expectations
Good knowledge on 6 sigma ,DOE, ANOVA and so on - GB or BB certified is an advantage
