Located with the Credit and Collection regional Centers of Expertise, the global credit Business Process Analyst will report to the Global programs manager and will be responsible for providing first level end user support to Credit Front and Back office functions. The global credit Business Process Analyst will play a key role in ensuring business continuity and will act as a process and subject matter expert supporting Global credit programs systems and processes.
The Global credit Business Process Analyst will also represent the global credit programs team in front of the operations and will be key in understanding local processes, promoting our tools and processes, helping with MOC and training issues and measuring user satisfaction and process and system effectiveness.

Two primary responsibilities
1) End user support
Provide direct user support in order to guarantee that daily operations are functioning. Monitor and resolve all systems and process issues. This encompasses all global systems owned by the credit programs team and non credit systems that are linked to the global credit systems.
Act as the primary linkage between the end-user community and additional business and IT Global support levels (level 2 and deep support) to resolve issues.

2) Management information reporting
Provide all month end management and operational Credit and Collections reports to Credit and Collection users. Ensure VCI standard reports are available and that data is reconciled to the source systems. Respond to ad-hoc reports requests and maintain the standard report framework.

- Able to work across time zones in a multi cultural environment;
- Strong system experience and computing skills (SAP, Microsoft Office, Business Object, Brio, Credit and Collections applications);
- Accounting and finance background;
- Either a minimum of 2 years related experience or an MBA in Business or Finance.
