RESPONSABILITATI

• Manage the rough cut capacity model for all plants and evaluates in the Pre SIOP and SIOP meetings the need for changing load and transfer volumes across the sites or creating recovery plans to meet customer expectations.
• Standardize the process of managing and reporting capacity across the sites in FM.
• Primary liason with the Global AME team to manage the plants capacity by process and technology.
• Manage the capacity increase activities for the existing the sites, and coordinates the meetings for load balance within and across the sites.
• Works closely with the Global NPI SC Analist to allocate the new programs according to the FM Strategy and provide visibility to Sales, Marketing, Engineering and the rest of the ISC functions of existing and future capacity for each process technology.
• Works closely with the Global SC Program manager to properly manage the installation and homologation of the capacity for the sites according to the FM Strategy and customer requirements.
• Develops in conjuction to the Global Vendor Scheduler Manager and Supply Base function a Supplier Capacity Model to be use in SIOP, AOP and STRAP business cycles.
• Reports on a monthly basis the capacity utilization, technical capacity, demonstrated capacity, Man power capacity and its relationship with customer demand.
• Develop standardize processes and training plans for the planning functions within the Supply Chain plant organizations for capacity management.
• Promotes and champions change based on the HOS principles and behaviors like Leadership standard work, accountability, kaizen, coaching, rapid problem solving and tier meetings.


CERINTE

• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP and Supply chain management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess excellent organizational ability, effective negotiation skills and interacts effectively with internal and external parties in different cultures.
• Key user on SAP for APO, MM and PP modules
• Possess high ability to lead others without direct management link
• Motivates and influences others, promoting self-learning and continuous improvement
• Well organized to manage multiple competing priorities in parallel.
• Responsive and responsible to deliver on commitments.
• Knowledge of the HOS culture and different tools to improve JIT at the plants
• Demonstrates and promotes behaviors consistent with Honeywell Behaviors
• Complies with all company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Fluent in English, other languages a plus.


Education:
• Minimum of 5 years successful, proven track record within capacity management, production planning and master production scheduling functions.
• Proven Experience working on a world wide supply chain environment and tracking improvements in the supply chain key metrics
• BS in Industrial/Systems Engineering/ Business Administration or related. Masters Degree preferred.
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Experience on developing capacity models
• CPIM or CPM certification desired
• Six Sigma lean/Green-belt required or Black Belt /Lean expert (preferred).
