RESPONSABILITATI

Perform month-end and quarter-end closing specific activities for the group entities;

Reconcile all sub-ledgeis with General Ledger for Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable;

Prepare monthly puinal entries related to payroll, various accruals, prepaid releases, in line with internal group policies and
controls;

Maintain Fixed Assets Register —additioris, disposals, depreciation;

Prepare VAT returns and the reconciliation VAT return vs. GL VAT balances;

Prepare and update Balance sheet reconciliation file on a monthly basis, including the explanations for the P&Lvariances at entity
level;

Ensure that the intercompany transactions and reconciliation are done on a regular basis;

Accounting support for accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury and other accounting functions;

Support group or statutory audits at entity level by preparing requested schedules and reconciliations;

Identify opportunities for continuous process and systems improvement by increasing efficiency and reducing complexity in daily
tasks;

Ad hoc projects as required by local or group finance.


CERINTE

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required;

Advanced level of English and/or French;

1 - 2 years’ experience in General Ledger;

Prohciently able to communicate in English and French;

Strong analytical skills;

Team-player with high ethical standards ,-

Knowledge of Cornputeis and MS office [Excel];

Prioi experience in a complex multinational and multi-cultural environment;

Desired skills
Exposure to IFRS;
Worked in shared services environment;
Experience working with Oracle (or any ERP system];
