Our client based in Bucharest, Romania is a leading provider of business, technology and process solutions worldwide.
The company is currently expanding their team and is actively recruiting German Payroll Administrators. This is ab excellent opportunity to work in an international corporate organization in a multilingual team.


Payroll Administration with fluency in German – In the role you will be working eensuring complete pay information is properly and calculated for each cycle. Tasks:
• Review payroll reports to identify potential problems
• Review quality assurance reports
• Work payroll error reports
• Process exception payments
• Perform Gross-to-net calculations
• Provide information and resolve of individual associate pay inquires
• Assist payroll manager in the resolution of payroll problems

Your Profile:

• Fluent German
• Fluent/very good English
• BA Degree in Business or Finance
• 1 - 1.5 year of work experience in finance/business
• Good communication and aptitude for learning
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft payroll (8.0)
• Knowledge of Romanian federal and state payroll laws and requirements
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
