Public Euroconsulting, on behalf of our client , a Multinational Global Leader in Business Process and Technology Management, is looking for a german accounts payable .
Job title: German Accounts Payable
Location: Bucharest
Responsibilities:
- Opening incoming scanned invoices in workflow tool
- Checking the supplier data and details in the ERP system
- Entering correct data into workflow tool performing online checks as specified in the process
- Sorting incoming invoices
- Communicating and clarifying with suppliers
- Proactive controls for avoidance of future errors
- Updating the working procedures periodically
Profile:
- Fluent German and English
- Accounting knowledge – basic level
- Work experience with and ERP system (advantage)
- University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage)
- Working experience required (1-3 years)
- Organised personality with attention to details and customer orientation
- Communicative and willingness to learn
- Applicants must be available in Romania
