RESPONSABILITATI

Ensures payroll data accuracy

- Ensures attendance sheets accuracy

- Tracking of leaves utilization & building of proper reports

- Ensures proper tracking of overall bonuses & deductions

- Ensures necessary payroll data is shared with payroll provider within necessary deadlines

- Implements control mechanisms in payroll process in order to avoid any risks

- Salary payment

- Loans tracking

- Salary advances tracking & payment

- Checks payroll file accuracy & collects payroll corrections

- Ensure proper payment of medical leaves, bonuses

- Builds monthly payroll accrual

- Builds meal tickets order & ensures tickets distribution

- Updates employee data in Oracle

- Provides proper explanation on payroll data & payslips to the employees
