RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is the world's leading supplier of technologie, project management, information solutions to the oil and gas industry.

Our client is looking for a Manager Assistant whose mission will be to maintain efficient operation of the headquarter office in Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

* Assistance to the General Manager:
- Provides full administrative support to the GM, including telephone calls, preparation of correspondence, scheduling, research, etc.;
- Follow-up the agenda of the GM;
- Prepares documents, creates and edits letters, meeting reports, centralized reports;
- Coordinates travel arrangements for the GM;
- Written translations of documents from/into English for the GM., when needed;
- Translation from/into English during business meetings, when needed;
- Coordination and organization of the information flow between the GM and other departments in the company;
- Updates and follow-up of deadlines lists of the Managers subordinated to the GM, if required;
- Schedules appointments;
- Assists the GM in creating the presentation materials;
- Organizes events for the GM, upon request;
- Follow-up and regular reports regarding projects in development, if requested;
- Keeps accurate records of documents and correspondence, managing a clear filing system;
- Keeps basic book-keeping for GM’s expenses;
- Performs other administrative duties, as assigned.

* Office Management:
- Responsible to order office supply items: furniture, stationery, others;
- Collects and analyzes requests from the staff regarding office supply;
- Responsible to check that the office is in good condition and cleanliness.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Experience as Assistant Manager minimum one year;
- Good computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Fluency in English - written and spoken;

- Responsible and organized, with initiative;
- Ability to work under pressure.
