GENERAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
* Develop the company and establish a professional and friendly working environment
* Obtain results and generate profitability of the company in accordance with the agreed strategic plans and budgets
* Safeguard the interests and integrity of the company and insure the company complies with the legal requirements
* Create and suggest strategies in order to optimize the activity
* Establish & maintain good relations and negotiate with customers and suppliers
* Preparation of business plans and budgets, calculation of selling prices
* General policies of sales, receivables and stocks, insure compliance with the laid policies
* Secure effective working environment and a good and professional team-spirit
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in a similar position, in managing and leading the personnel
* University graduated, very good English knowledge and PC skills
* Strategic vision, strong business understanding, results-oriented
* Analytical, sociable, dynamic and positive
* Flexible, team-oriented, open and honest individual
* Ability to motivate and offer support
