-Record the suppliers invoices including utilities, marketing, training, transportation, protocol, insurance;
-Book the suppliers invoices representing financial and operational lease;
-Supervise and close the monthly advance payments with the final invoices;
-Supervise the prepaid expenses and their reconciliation;
-Realize the suppliers balance reconciliation according with the suppliers statement of account;
-Check all the invoices to be presented on the acquisition ledger;
-Provide support to the auditors.
-University degree;
-Minimum one year in the financial accounting area;
-Strong accounting knowledge;
-Knowledge of relevant legislation and Fiscal Code;
-English Language intermediate level;
-Microsoft Office advanced knowledge (Word, Excel);
-Attention to details;
-Ability to work under pressure and observe deadlines.
