Our client is a multinational company, a growing and highly competitive player in its activity field.
Our customer is currently looking for a qualified person to join its team in the position of Gastro Assistant
Job Purpose:
1. To guarantee the fulfillment the NOB procedures, connected with consignment, throw away and price differences, correct invoice prices
2. To assist the Gastro Managers with the activity conducted in Romania within the NOB Department.
Responsibilities:
Consignment procedures
The Assistant is in charge together with F&S – responsible person and following the instructions of the Gastro Manager, the procedures and supplier agreements for in time and correct fulfillment of the consignment procedures and esp:
- Invoice and reports check
- Filing and reporting
- Inventory – check of the time plan, re-invoice of the losses
- Communication with suppliers
- Communication with the dealers trough Help Desk
Throw away
The Assistant is in charge for in time and correct check, assigning and reporting of the throw away in gastro, following the instructions of the Gastro Manager, the procedures and dealer and supplier agreements and esp:
- Check of throw away-transactions out of SAP
- Check of documents from the stations
- Issue of assignments for Re-invoicing upon documents
- Filing and reporting
- Communication with suppliers
- Communication with the dealers trough Help Desk
Price difference check of supplier invoices
The Assistant is in charge for in time and correct check and actions of the price differences and changes for food and beverages, following the instructions of the NOB Managers , procedures and upon a price-difference report issued from F&S on weekly basis
- Check of the prices in Hois and/or per documents
- Feed back to F&S and NOB Managers
- Communication with suppliers
- Filing and reporting
Administrative support of the Gastro Manager: ISO project
University degree or in progress: Food chemistry
Specific knowledge about cooking, restaurants , bars
Fluent in English
Min 2 years in a multinational company in an assistant position ( logistic assistant, sales assistant, administrative assistant , accountant, key user SAP)
Very good PC knowledge ( Word , Excel , Internet , outlook express); SAP
Good communication in English
Good negotiation skills
Finance knowledge
