Defines the game concept in accordance with the producers.
Analyses the competition and performs reports.
Defines the production process with the other department leads and producers.
Writes the initial game design document in collaboration with the design team.
Gives a clear vision of the future game to the different leads.
Sets up a plan of the production in accordance with the global production plan.
During the Project Production
Updates the design documents with any changes made during the production.
Follows the production of the game and the compliance with the design documents.
Supervises and helps train his teammates during production.
Anticipates troubles and provides solutions – special attention will be given to cross-platform compatibility.

Passion for making and playing innovative games.
Experience in game/level design of minimum 1-2 years.
Knowledge of the rules of game design.
Strong managerial skills.
Strong knowledge of mobile platforms.
