RESPONSABILITATI

One of the world's leading financial service providers is opening a new center in Bucharest and is looking for talented and ambitious professionals to build up the team.
As a FUNCTIONAL ANALYST your main responsibilities will consist in:

* Analyzing high-level business requirements;
* Formulating and creating functional specification documentation;
* Analyzing technical project requirement documentation for functional impact;
* Creating and modifying business-facing documentation, e.g. user manuals, functional summaries;
* Supporting testing on behalf of users, operations and testing teams, potentially including test plans, test cases, test data and review of interface testing between different applications, when required;
* Working with application developers to resolve functional issues from user acceptance testing (UATs) to help find solutions for various functional issues;
* Working closely with business analysts in solution requirements and solution maintenance areas;
* Working with application management for functional trouble-shooting and resolution of reported bugs and issues with applications.


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

* Relevant experience in the IT field;
* Experience working with business requirements and detailing them into System-level Functional Specifications;
* Analytical ability to ensure comprehensiveness and articulation of functional details;
* Ability to communicate functional-level details to technical analysts and solution developers to support transition, translation and development;
* Knowledge of methods and tools used to write functional specification documents, e.g. screen mock-ups, logical data modeling;
* Ability to quickly troubleshoot and establish functional issues in production, solution testing, etc.;
* Possess basic-level understanding of technical aspects including middleware, to independently run interface tests between applications and services;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
* Have a strong delivery focus adhering to consistent documentation standards;
* Knowledge of Agile project management methodology would be beneficial.
