Your role:
• building new projects from scratch (design, development, deployment)
• ensure ongoing support for delivered projects
• work closely with the product owners in order to understand and implement their requests
• updating and maintaining the technical product documentation
Skills/experience:
• expert Java and Javascript knowledge
• solid HTML5, CSS/SCSS knowledge
• very good SQL knowledge
• versed with Git versioning control system
• deep understanding of web services (SOAP/REST)
• solid experience with ORMs and database systems (MySql, MongoDB).
• proven understanding of web security vulnerabilities and knowledge on how to avoid them
• excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
• university degree in Computer Science (finished or in progress)
Ideal candidate:
• work independently with minimal supervision
• collaborate with team members to design, create, and deploy software for internal & external use
• understand staff requirements and how they translate into application features
• prototype and iterate feature requests into existing software
• troubleshoot and debug applications
• maintain technical documents that accurately represent the code
