Responsible for timely reporting complaint handling process and result to customer and HUAWEI management level, control customer dissatisfaction in the lowest level.
Responsible for timely feeding back the result of complaint handling to helpdesk engineer.
The ability to manage the operation of NOC.
Able to effectively coordinate or assign human resources handling problems or improving the service.
Have good communication skills (English, Spanish).
