RESPONSABILITATI

This position is on a 3 months fixed term contract within a Canadian Software Development Company.

Responsibilities:

Reception specific tasks like greeting visitors, receiving phone calls, answering e-mails.
Scheduling regular meetings of all staff members and with visitors.
Following the activities in the company and providing support for the staff
Managing the relation with various suppliers.
Managing general director’s agenda


CERINTE

Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Organized, flexible and adaptable to a new work environment.
Good English skills will be a big plus.
Very good communication skills.
