- Answers to incoming inquiries from panel members by e-mail;
- Answers to phone calls originating from German respondents;
- Compiles information and writes reports on the communication with the panelists and other;
- Identifies potential issues, problems and conflicts and recommends courses of action to resolve;
- Coordinates, provides support and solicits advice from staff members (Panel Management, Project Managers, Sampling) regarding communications initiatives;
- Coordinates the preparation of panel communication materials (i.e. monthly online newsletters, bi annual offline newsletter, announcements etc);
- Helpes with special projects and resources (i.e the creation of a new site, new communication medium etc);
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned;
- Excellent knowledge of the English/French/Czech/Portuguese language;
- Computer skills: Internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word;
- Responsible, dependable, ability to work under stress, able to cope well with very tight deadlines;
- Organized person, with logical thinking;
- Ability to work productively in a team;
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff;
- Self-confidence and a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, active listening abilities
- Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels.
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person.
