Job scope:
- Coordinates the maintenance activity for the whole fleet
- Monitors the exploitation costs according to the allocated budget
Main responsibilities:
1. Realizes the annual schedule of fleet maintenance and monitors the fulfillment of terms and set costs.
2. Builds the budget and the action plan for the next year and monitors the expenses
3. Negotiate with the service suppliers to remedy the auto malfunctions with reduced costs and time
4. Regularly updates and develops technical – financial databases regarding the auto fleet
5. Ensures the fulfillment of necessary formalities for new vehicles registration
6. Collaborates with authorities to fulfill the technical and legal requirements regarding the circulation on public roads and the road transport of products
7. Makes recommendations for decreasing the costs and the time of unavailability for vehicles
Professional experience: 2 years of previous experience
Skills & competencies:
- Very good knowledge about fleet management;
- Good communication, planning and organizational skills;
- Capable to prioritize, stress resistant ;
- Analytical thinking, flexibility;
- Good negotiator;
- Result - oriented;
Education: Technical university
Foreign languages: English - advanced
