For our client, a multinational company, we are looking for professionals to join their Finance and Accounting Team in Bucharest.
Main responsibilities include:
* Ownership of allocated purposes and ensuring all process deadlines are met;
* Processing accounts payable/GL using specific accounting systems;
* Manage all customer service issues in a proactive & timely manner, including service delivery, service level, service performance;
* Preparing profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
* Analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
* Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
* Preparing and reviewing budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
* Resolve accounting discrepancies.
You could be the candidate we are looking for if you hold:
* Graduate in finance/ accounting/ economics;
* Knowledge of working in a Finance / Accounting Company;
* Good command of English and German language;
* Customer Service Orientation;
* Ability to work with speed and accuracy;
* Excellent MS Office operating system.
* Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles – minimum 3 years experience
* Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications
* Multinational working environment;
* Exposure to international procedures;
