Job Description
-General Management of the Financial department: planning, coordinating, supervision and controlling of the main resources of the department
- Act as the 1st partner to the General Manager regarding financial strategy and decisions (including proactive actions and feedback to General Manager request in his area of responsibility)
- Serve as the financial liaison with the internal departments and with the external partners
- Coordinates the annual budgeting process
- Prepares or supervise management reports and submits them to the top management regarding the financial activity and performance (Profit and Loss, Cash Flow).
- Reports routine financial status and provides management reports focused on performance and highlighting fruitful areas for management action
- Cost Analysis & Control: reports cost implications of company¿s operations
- Performs/supervise financial analysis, interpret the date and present to the interested parties: major investment projects, main financial ratio analysis, financial analysis of new opportunities and decision alternatives
- Treasury: plans, monitors and controls the monthly, weekly and daily cash-flows
- Investment relationship: plans and implement a sound relationship with the investors based on accurate, relevant info and prompt reply to inquiries
- Accounting: monitors the proper and timely completion of different stages of the accounting process (outsourced)
- Assure company compliance with Romanian Legislation in the financial related field and coordinate the communication with the legal partner in a set of other legal specific matters

- 2-3 years of prior work experience in a financial field (good accounting understanding, financial planning & modeling, reporting)
- Excellent command of English language (including reporting and presentation writing)
- Excellent computer skills (office package)
