- Prepares periodical group reports;
- Analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance;
- Provide comprehensive financial information and analysis to support operational and commercial decision making;
- Coordinates the monthly variance analysis actual versus budget;
- Maintain the relationship with external auditors;
- Very good accounting background;
- Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) is appreciated;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Organization, time management and task prioritization skills;
- Initiative, solution and action oriented;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Reliable person able to assume responsibility.
- Knowledge and experience related to the regulations and compliance issues of the National Bank of Romania is appreciated
