The Financial Claims Operations specialist will work in a multicultural and fast moving business environment and will have a wide variety of responsibilities, that may include all or a part of the following:

• Process customer financial claims in terms of timeliness, accuracy (quality) and efficiency as per the SLA
• Maintain and monitor the wholesalers’ claims backlog
• Use available methods & tools for claim reporting and status check with internal and external stakeholders
• Engage in escalation Management (Day-to-Day Process escalations Payment escalations, Problem- & Root-cause analysis)
• Clarify claim execution fallouts
• Ensure that copmany standards and Audit requirements are met and maintained
• Act as a key user within the defined process area and act as a subject matter expert for fellow colleagues
• Collect and document process exceptions
• Contribute to reaching the defined process measures and business fundamentals and play an active role in process improvement initiatives


• Education & Experience: First level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-3 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement)
• Good Microsoft Office tools knowledge
• English - advanced level
• Ability to work as proactive member of a team
• Ability to contribute in a fast moving environment
• Ability to Manage high volume of work with accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organization skills
• Ability to handle conflict situations
• Meet agreed deadlines for action and feedback
• Developing ability to analyze problems of low to medium complexity from various angles, identify the impact and criticality and contributes to the development of workarounds and solutions
• Demonstrates strong responsiveness and follow through
