· Processing all bank payments using both electronic and paper based systems
· Producing various reports on the payments received and outstanding balances
· Ensuring timely invoicing process according to the instructions received from various departments
· Notifing the clients in order to recover the outstanding debts
· Produce accurate reports related to the time spent per client by all staff members using a specific software application
· Ensuring all filling sytems and archive records are accurate and up to date
· Register and validate all petty cash documents
· Deal effectively with all inquiries from staff members on various administrative issues
· And any other task required by the role
The good candidate:
· Should be a self motivated person, with a strong team spirit, eager to acquire experience in a professional environment. A minimum of 1 year experience working as a financial assistant or credit controller within a big team would be an advantage.
· Must have:
- good communication skills by phone, face to face and written in English and Romanian. Any other key languages in Romania as far as clients go would be a plus
- university degree
- PC knowledge: MS Office; Ms Outlook
