- Actively look for new investment opportunities within the targeted industries
- Conduct full research in order to build up a comprehensive profile of the potential acquisition target, and structure specific recommendations on investment opportunities
Analysis
- Perform primary analysis of the target company's financial statements and be actively involved in the due diligence
- Support the Investments Director in the valuation of the company, the preparation of the investment memorandum and other investment-related documents
- Support the Investments Director in the follow-up with the shareholders, management and other deal-involved parties
- University graduate or in terminal year, Economics
- Good understanding of financial statements (RAS and preferably US-GAAP/IAS)
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in company valuation and financial analysis represents a strong advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- Very good organizational skills, assertiveness and commitment to self-development
- MS-Office (mostly Excel)
- Good conduct of English (written, spoken)
- Driving license, preferably
Proposed net salary: as adequate to the percentage of covering the above requirements, as well as proportionate to the experience brought forth - plus mobile phone with limited number of minutes.
